SHIPPING METHOD

We’ve put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible.

We can ship from China to virtually any addresses in the world including the major destinations such as USA, Europe, Australia, etc…

As for the shipping method, here we offer two options for you to choose, one is expedited courier by Standard Flat Rate Shipping, which will take 7 to 9 days. The second is Standard SF Express Shipping for Hong Kong & Macao, which will reach your hand in 2 to 3 days.

You can choose the shipping method when you place your order, then the shipping cost will be resulted automatically according to the pricelist of relevant shipping company.

PLEASE NOTE:

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.

All packages have specific tracking information.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”. Click on ” My Order ” to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

ABOUT TAX

Shipments from all of our warehouses are delivery duty unpaid. Therefore, any and all customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. If any,these charges must be paid by the customers.Customers take full liability for all return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept a parcel due to import duties or taxes. Please note that according to customs regulations, Bonitronic cannot declare purchased items as a gift or list an amount that lower than the actual product price.

SHIPPING TIME:

Shipping times can be affected by variable customs clearance times or public holidays. If you have not received your package based on the above estimates, please kindly send email for help.

Shipping times will be affected during public holidays; manufacturers and couriers will limit their operations at these times. Unfortunately this is outside of our control. Normal service resumes immediately after each holiday.

It may take a few days to follow order shipment before the Tracking number becomes active on the courier’s system. If the information has not appeared on the courier’s website, please try again later.

30 DAY RETURNS WARRANTY

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately through support@bonitronic.com

HOW TO REACH US

Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

OUR SOLUTIONS:

1. Bonitronic’s Responsibility:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Bonitronic is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

2. Customer’s responsibility:

• Incorrect order(size of item)

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

• Unwanted item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY:

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
