Operation Modes

  1. Press the ON button to switch to the always on mode for both the main unit and subunits. Press and hold the ON buttton to adjust the brightness of the main unit, and release the ON button when the desired brightness is reached.
  2. Press the MODE button to switch the lighting configurations of the main unit and sub-units. There are 5 lighting configurations altogether. The first 4 are system default lighting configurations, and the last is a programmable lighting configuration. Under the programmable mode, when a sub-unit is pressed, it will flash once, and after 6 seconds, all sub-units will start lighting up in the order of being pressed. The sub-units that have already been turned on cannot be manually lighted up for a second time.
  3. Press and hold the OFF button for 2 seconds to turn the lights off.
  4. Press the AUTO button to switch to the auto-sensor mode. In dark environment, the nightlight automatically turns on when human movements are detected, and automatically turns off after 1 minute.

Color Change Configuration

  1. Switch the ON/OFF button at the back of the main unit to ON
  2. Press the ON button to turn on the lights
  3. Press the center of the lighted surface of the sub-units, and it changes color with each press. There are 30 different colors altogether.

How to Mount

  1. Remove the backing form the sticker.
  2. Align the sticker to the shape at the back of the main unit, and stick it on.
  3. You can also mount the device on the flat surface or slightly curved surface of iron objects.

Detection Range

  • The detection range is 5-7 meters in front, 2-3 meters in the side, 120 degrees in horizontal.
  • The detection is related to the ambient temperature, human body, and moving speed.

SHIPPING METHOD

As for the shipping method, here we offer two options for you to choose, one is expedited courier by Standard Flat Rate Shipping, which will take 7 to 9 days. The second is Standard SF Express Shipping for Hong Kong & Macao, which will reach your hand in 2 to 3 days.

You can choose the shipping method when you place your order, then the shipping cost will be resulted automatically according to the pricelist of relevant shipping company.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

Preparation for delivery (quality checks, packing, paperwork, etc.) usually takes 3-7 business days and is NOT included in the overall “shipping time”.

All packages have specific tracking information.

You will receive an e-mail notifying you once your order has shipped. The email will include a unique parcel tracking number. The status of your order can be reviewed by logging into “My Account”. Click on ” My Order ” to review your order status and/or obtain a tracking number.

30 DAY RETURNS WARRANTY

Customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving the item. If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us immediately through support@bonitronic.com

 

HOW TO REACH US

Go to our Support Center and describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number and SKU product number. For defective, incorrect or not as described item, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

 

OUR SOLUTIONS:

1. Bonitronic’s Responsibility:

If our company is responsible for the issue, we will allow a return to our warehouse for a refund or an exchange.
Once we receive the item, we will refund in full the original product price and its shipping or resend for free a replacement at our expense. This solution is only when Bonitronic is responsible for shipping the wrong item/ size.

 

2. Customer’s responsibility:

  • Incorrect order(size of item)

If the customer has ordered an incorrect size or product, we can also allow a return. In this case, the customer will be responsible for the shipping fee both ways (to and from our warehouse) for an exchange. If the customer chooses a refund, we will refund the original product price. All and any shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • Unwanted item

If the customer decides that they no longer want the item or simply want to exchange the item, they can report this to us within 3 days of receiving the product for a partial refund of the product cost.

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES ABOUT WARRANTY:

All returns must first be approved by our customer service team; if approved, you will be provided with an RMA form. Returned items without RMA form will not be accepted.
All returned items must be in brand new condition, unused, come with all original tags and their original packaging.
If the customer requests a refund, we will refund the original product cost upon receiving the returned item. All shipping fees to return the item, and the original shipping fees, are non-refundable.
